Afterbringing new looks and insightsinto over 80 of the biggest upcoming fall television series and films forCollider’s Exclusive Previewevent, we are far from done. The website is celebrating 20 years on the internet, and we are proud to be sharing that milestone anniversary with the biggest genre film festival in the U.S.,Fantastic Fest. As part of the festivities, we’ve partnered with the annual event to debut, fittingly, 20 never-before-seen images from a wide range of titles that will be in attendance. This special partnership will span 20 days, with new previews going out across our social channels in the weeks leading up to the festival’s arrival at theAlamo DrafthouseCinema in Austin, Texas, from September 18 through 25. Itall begins tomorrow, August 21.
Where our previous two preview events covered a mix of well-known upcoming titles and hidden gems, fromWicked: For GoodtoBoots, this partnership is a chance to shine a light on the next wave of great genre fare making their big break at Fantastic Fest. That includes our leadoff title for the event,Honey Bunch, a Canadian thriller starringHarry PotterandThe White LotusfavoriteJason Isaacs, as well as the heartwarming documentarySilver Screamers, following a group of retirement home residents who band together to create their first horror movie. The lineup of previews encompasses films making their world, North American, or U.S. premieres, meaning each image is a peek into a project that few people have laid eyes on. FromShudder’s horrorMother of Fliesto the frightening X-rated comedyFuck My Son!, this group runs the gamut of genres with entries that are poised to light up the screen next month.

This partnership marks the largest team-up for Collider and Fantastic Fest in our history, though it’s far from the beginning of our relationship. We’ve regularly covered the event throughout the years, interviewing the stars and filmmakersbehind the biggest films on-site andreviewing the exciting projectswe see. We’ve also had the privilege of announcing titles bound for Austin, likeDidier Konings’s feature-length projectHeresylast year. With the shared anniversaries, it marked the perfect opportunity to bring both parties' passions for highlighting cinema together for something special that honors the films and the filmmakers that continue to push the envelope.
