Night Courtis about to adjourn for Season 3, but there are still two more episodes to go before Abby Stone (Melissa Rauch) and her overworked colleagues clock out. A double-feature finale will air this Tuesday that will send the season off with a big bang (pun intended), including several exciting guests and potentially big developments for the Manhattan Municipal Court’s judge. Collider can exclusively share a new sneak peek at one of the new additions — Critics' Choice Award-winningShrinkingstarMichael Urie— who will be making his debut as “The Funnest Judge in the City” in Episode 17. Abby will come face to face with her new rival, determined to prove that he isn’t as fun as everyone believes he is.

In the sneak peek, Judge Toby Nulman (Urie) is taking selfies with his adoring fans during a session that ran a bit later than expected. When Abby tries to speak with him, he assumes she’s another one of his admirers and takes a selfie with her. In reality, she’s there to scope out the competition, who appears to have the entire courthouse rocking with his presence. Abby says she’s plenty fun herself, which leaves Nulman curious to see what her sessions are like on the bench. Although she gets a bit too gross in trying to sound cool, he decides to stick around to experiencethe chaos of a typical Night Court shiftfor himself.

As Abby deals with Judge Nulman, Gurgs will be fighting for control of her project as it begins to take on a life of its own. Instead of Fox, however, the new installment will center onYoung SheldonstarRaegan Revord, who is trying to run away and get married to her soulmate at Judge Stone’s courthouse.

After that’s handled, and Dan (John Larroquette) and Julianne (Wendie Malick) reckon with the fact that they may be becoming friends, the episode will welcome the guest everyone has been waiting for —Simon Helberg.
