Hall, the show picks up from the previous sequel series,Dexter: New Blood, which was followed by the prequel seriesDexter: Original Sin.Resurrectionbrings back original starsDavid ZayasandJames Remar, alongside a host of A-list supporting performers such asUma Thurman,Krysten Ritter, andPeter Dinklage.
