At San Diego Comic-Con, fans were given a look into the final season of the hit series with the brand-new Season 8 trailer. The footage begins with a regaling of everything fans have loved about the long-running series for over a decade, filled to the brim with time-travel shenanigans, epic large-scale battles, and, of course, an abridged version ofJamie and Claire’s relationshipthus far. Towards the end of the trailer, we get abit more insight into what will happen in Season 8, with Jamie reading a particularly special book from the future promising an impending war, and one that he is supposed to die in.
