‘America’s Got Talent’ Is Gving Viewers a Holiday Break

Although the network didn’t reveal a specific reason for the hiatus, it’s likely that NBC opted to give fans a break, as theJuly 4th holiday is one of the busiest travel weeks of the year.For those who may not be traveling or have already been joined by family, the re-airing of the premiere is the perfect opportunity to witness the action again or for the first time!

The season began with a novelty performance fromEric Booker, who chugged a variety of liquids, including pickle juice and hot sauce. The Internet personality, also known as BadlandsChugs, did not move ahead, becoming the first act to be rejected as the season opener since Season 7.
